With one week to go before the 1st leg of the Worldwide Gamefish World Cup, despite our best intentions, due to the effect the Covid-19 Virus, has had on major fishing destinations and countries such as the DR, Bahamas, NZ etc locking down early and states in the USA like Florida, closing down boat ramps and now also in lockdown, the first leg is cancelled. All entrants will be refunded by wire transfer early next week, or their fee held at their choice, for the second leg over Memorial day Weekend ( in the USA ) being, 23 and 24 May 2020, should it go ahead. The 2nd leg remains as of now, on the calendar. Look out on Facebook and Instagram for regular updates.
